Got two of my Telegram accounts banned today and I need both of them for work. Everything’s been at a standstill since and it’s costing me money. Is there any way to get them back and how do you even keep this from happening in the first place?

The strangler fig pattern is pretty much the standard answer here and it actually works when you do it right.
