I need to run some social media ad campaigns, but doing that with totally empty profiles just looks incredibly sketchy to people. Growing my accounts on most apps went pretty smoothly and fast. X is just a complete brick wall right now though. I write long threads with solid information, reply to massive accounts all day, and follow people hoping for a follow-back. Nothing seems to work out. My posts get barely any likes and the follower count is completely stagnant. How do I actually get an account moving over there and attract some real engagement?

The rules over there have completely changed over the past year or two. You basically go totally unnoticed unless you have that blue checkmark next to your name pushing your replies up. The huge accounts get thousands of replies anyway, so your clever comments just end up at the very bottom. You could try adding more visual hooks like short videos or memes to your daily posts. People scroll way too fast to read blocks of text from someone they don’t recognize.
