I am currently studying CIPD Level 5 to develop my strategic skills. The seven modules of the associate diploma require students to finish seven written assignments which they need to complete for each module. The program includes three mandatory core units and three specialist units plus one unit which students can choose freely. The assignment requires students to create essential academic content which has a standard length between 3000 and 4000 words. The students must demonstrate their ability to apply HR/L&D concepts through assessment of actual business situations in their assignments. Students use CIPD Level 5 Assignments Examples to better understand CIPD assignments which they study as a guide to learn from.
